The property, in its flattest part, borders the Provincial Road, and then climbs up the hill, above the Parish Church of Nostra Signora della Guardia, until it reaches the so-called Pian della Madonna at an altitude of about 330 m above sea level, from which it dominates the surrounding hills and the Po Valley, as far as the city of Milan.
The company has employed a trustworthy farmer for more than 20 years who is willing to stay on as maintenance and supervisor of the farm complex.
